How long will my order take?
We have a 2-5 day processing time unless specified otherwise. Once your order has been shipped, it should arrive in 2-3 business days for domestic orders. Shipping is via New Zealand Post/Courier Post. If your order hasn't arrived after the times stated above please contact us via Instagram at @sunflowerlanenz or via email at hello@sunflowerlanenz.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! International order are shipped via New Zealand post and International Courier. The turnaround time is 1-3 weeks.
What is our jewellery made from?
Our jewellery is made from resin (some items are imported from overseas but we make sure these are of high quality). We use sterling silver hooks. However if you require hypoallergenic hooks please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate.
Why does our jewellery have small imperfections?
As our jewellery is handmade, they arrive with little imperfections. This is completely normal and makes your jewellery that much more unique!
Do you do custom orders?
If you would like a custom order, please contact us via Instagram at @sunflowerlanenz or via email at hello@sunflowerlanenz.com with your request and we can see if we can work on something for you!
Return Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, returns are unable to be accepted. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer you a discount code, or 20% of your order refunded to you. If your jewellery arrives broken, we will be happy to send you a new pair free of charge or even offer a refund at our discretion.
